Unified Service Desk does not obey global font size rules

So I have set up the Unified Service Desk for CRM (USD) and I notice it ignores my system-level font size rules. I'm on a Surface Pro 3, and that makes everything impossibly small to read. Is there any way to get the USD to obey the system font size rules?

This has to do with the browser settings for one Internal Browser UI's we use.
USD is intended to operate on a desktop setting (mouse / keyboard/ touchscreen type) vs a smaller display surface. Our examples are shipped configured for that that setting.
You can change the browser hosting type in USD configuration for CRM pages to IE Process and it will utilize your IE settings ( for good or ill depending on your settings :) )

And to add an interesting wrinkle, I can "pinch to zoom" to zoom in, but on the next form I load, the zoom for that page is back to 100%

Good to know about the hosting, type, thanks. This will also help in customer service settings. I've seen some customers discussing using 4k monitors to help CSRs multi-task, so even in a traditional CSR environment, it's going to become relevant.

Matt, I'm posting in this old thread in hopes that it pops up on your thread list. In short, the solution in this thread, did not work, and USD only threw errors and blank screens at me when I tried to implement it.
