    Will MOC be capable of sending Broadcast Messages and Alerts to selected groups or all memebr of a department?

    Communicator can be used to send messages to and start a conversation with an entire distribution list.  Distribution lists from the GAL appear in the list of contacts avaiable when seaching for a contact.
