Can't access Microsoft Q&A (Preview), I just get a never ending redirect loop

Question
-
Login works, and I can view my profile just fine. but when I try to surf to:
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers
It starts a redirect loop:
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/index.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/users/login.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/users/logout.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/_themes/docs.theme/master/en-us/_themes/global/external-sign-in.html?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fanswers 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/_themes/docs.theme/master/en-us/_themes/scripts/index-external-auth.js?v=0 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/index.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/users/login.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/users/logout.html 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/_themes/docs.theme/master/en-us/_themes/global/external-sign-in.html?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fanswers 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/_themes/docs.theme/master/en-us/_themes/scripts/index-external-auth.js?v=0 302 ->
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers
... etc etc etc.
The browser just keeps refreshing the because of the redirects. The urls above I got from the chrome devtools, network tab.
I have tried logging out from Office 365 and outlook/live.com, as well as clearing the cookies, but that didn't change anything. The error happens in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
So I can't use that forum.

I'd create a new issue here.
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/feedback/issues/new?template=Bug_report.md
as a work-around you can try an in-private browser session.

Try the fix here.
https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/questions/8165/qa-sign-in-issues-or-errors.html
or also create a new issue here.
