You can do that in some simple steps:
1. Set your VM network to "Bridged" but do not check the "Replicate Physical Network Connection State".
2. Inside your VM, go to network settings, and assign an IP. By default you'll find that it has "Obtain IP address automatically". Make sure the IP that you provide is an internal IP like "192.168.1.229" or something similar. Also assign the default gateway
and subnet mask accordingly.
Once done, try accessing your CRM from your physical system by using the IP you assigned to the VM. Like
http://192.168.1.229:5555/OrgName/main.aspx.
