New Site - old links still on search results

  Hi,
  
  We had a new content managed website designed and are hosting it in a different location from our old one but we are still using the same domain name.  This has left behind lots of dead links in Live Search as the pages have different names. (e.g. http://www.hampdenpark.co.uk/location_map.htm does not exist anymore but is still returned in the search results)  How can I remove these?  There is a specific Google tool that I have used but I can't see how I do this in live search.
