Server side synchronization not working RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We installed CRM 2013 and we are in the configuration process. 

    I have one question regarding the Activies in CRM. Is it possible to generate a CRM activity from an email received by a user ?

    If yes, do we have to configure it in Service management ? We have setup Server side synchronization but it seems to be generating errors.  how do we get more information about these errors?

  • Hello Inna,

    My understanding of your issue is that you want to create another activity once an email in received in CRM? Like a phone call created when an email is received. If this is what you are looking for this can be done by creating a work flow.

    For server side synchronization can you please specify what error are you facing?
