Cases View Formating RRS feed

  • Does anyone know how to make this adjust to content size? I have tried adjusting the "Advanced View Settings" and it works until I leave the case screen. Then, when I return to the case screen, it is back like this.

  • You have to customize the views and define the width of each column in entity customization (solution).

  • In CRM, go to customizations, and open the entity.  Then go to view.  Edit the view (active cases).  Double click on the column headings in the view and you can adjust the size of each individual column.  Save and publish the entity.  This change affects all users.

  • I have also seen this issue, it isn't customization related as far as I am concerned. It appears to be an issue in the Outlook client and I think it has started happening in the last one or two rollups as I have views that have been working fine for 18 months then suddenly the width has gone crazy.

    If I find a solution, I'll post back...

  • This appears to be a result of UR 11 - the horizontal scroll bar gets removed and as a result if your view normally would scroll it instead gets compacted into the available space. Hopefully this gets fixed in the next update.
