Legacy webservice support for IFD CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have a customer which need to use a third party addon. However, the suppliers of the third party addon have not upgraded to use the CRM 2011 endpoint and are still using the 2007 legacy one.

    This customer is hosted in out hosting environment which hence is an IFD connected to our ADFS. However, their program does not seem to work correctly when connecting to the CRM 2011 legacy endpoint (2007) and when we have tested it we seem to need to login in to ADFS first to be able to access the webservice which is not doable from their perspective. Is there a way we can set up our hosting environment to enable access to the 2007 endpoint so that it will work just at it did in CRM 4?

    I am very close to demanding them to upgrade their software to use the 2011 endpoint. :)
