Did we just lose some data?

Question
-
All the sudden, I noticed that posts I had answered today were gone along with posts from other threads that I know were answered by other people. One way it's very obvious is that in the My Threads listing for myself, I see multiple threads with no responses, yet they show up in my list of threads. These are threads I did answer, which is why they show up in My Threads, yet my posts are gone, and they aren't deleted (I am a mod and see nothing deleted). Same goes for some other threads that I know were answered by others, and the # of replies has reverted back to where it was yesterday.
Here is an example. Look at my profile "recent TechNet threads:

NOtice this entry:
Replied to the question No SharePoint Designer 2010 for you! in the SharePoint 2010 - Using SharePoint Designer, Infopath, and other customization forum
Click the thread and see no replies...
Same for this one:
Replied to the question InfoPath calls WebService: Unauthorized, udcx file with explicit credentials/SSO in the SharePoint 2010 - Using SharePoint Designer, Infopath, and other customization forum
On that one, the OP had also answered it since my reply...
This one's worse:
Answered the question Changes made in SharePoint designer are not appearing for other users in the SharePoint 2010 - Using SharePoint Designer, Infopath, and other customization forum
There are about 4 posts missing from that one, AND it no longer shows as answered...

This should be corrected now, we resolved some issues on the back end. Thanks eveyone for reporting this.

I see this, too.
When I click on my Threads, I see topic where I know that I replied, but is has no replies. The forum is also extremely slow.

Yes, I just lost two answers in WCF forum. I have them in my profile but they are not present in questions. There were also other answers which are also missing.Tuesday, February 1, 2011 8:27 PM

Hi Clayton,
I noticed the same over here (in the PT-BR forums)... I also received alerts with new posts, but, when you go to the thread, they don't have those posts! Very weird...

There are some back end issues that we are currently looking into. We hope to have this issue fixed in the next hour or so. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Something like this also appears to be happening in the Dynamics CRM forums.
I see that there are recent replies but when I click on the specific post, the newer replies don't appear.

Hmmm... I can't find a couple of replies I made in the Dynamics CRM Development forum this morning. I know they successfully posted, but now the threads show only the previous posts.

Any word of this happening again? It looks like I lost a response. It may also be that I forgot to hit the submit button.Wednesday, February 9, 2011 12:57 PM
