Word won't work

-
I had to set my Dell back to factory settings and now I can't use the Office Home and Student 2007 program that was on the computer. I tried the 'key' that is on the computer case and the one that is on the disc cover. How do I get the program(s) to work? I tried using the disc to 'repair' the problem but it still requires a key to even open the programs. Please help!

The COA ticker on the computer is almost certainly for Windows, not Office.
Your best bet is probably to completely uninstall the Trial version f Office preinstalled by the manufacturer and then reinstall from your disk.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218 should help get it fully uninstalled.
