  • Hi,

What version of IIS are you using.

I have heard of this problem which had beta version of ASP.NET 2.

Is MS CRM running without problems? May I ask what made you go to the ASP.NET tab of the Ms CRM website in the first place becasue the MS CRM website configures itself automatically.

  • It sounds like something went wrong during the install.  You can try this solution but I can't say that CRM will work as expected.  I would not expect to see this behavior in a successful installation.

  • You might try to do a repair install on CRM.
If this does not sort you out then re-install IIS maybe
