how to display Date/Time in a Dashboard or KPI - Project Server 2010

  Hi - i am currently creating a kpi that will display data within a specific date range. and i used the Time Intelligence feature of Project Server 2010. 

  But i was unable to do this successfully.

  this is the issue that is displayed whenever i tried to view the data in preview mode of the time intelligence:

  'Time Intelligence formula Function 'YearToDate' at position 0 to 9 is not configured.'

  I am very new to project server... please help..
