  Hi everyone.
  
  I have a problem with several Office 2013 licenses (5 from the 25 license package).
  I can not activate the Office product.
  I have proof of purchase.
  Licenses have been purchased at a stationary store in my city.
  The seller also does not know what's going on. He also tried to help by contacting Microsoft ... No results.
  
  I send many forms on 23-24 24/11/2017 and I have no answer.
