  • Unfortunately, you have a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition installed.  You'll need to purchase a "genuine" Full Version edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Microsoft software is available for purchase from the Microsoft Store.

Your PC appears to be based on a retail motherboard.
It has a HP SLIC table apparently present, yet is attempting to use a Blocked Lenovo product Key.
The indications are that there is a hacker's Loader installed to enable this cobbled system to function

    The installation is counterfeit.

You need to discuss this with your supplier - forcefully! - and/or purchase a genuine Windows installation.
