Sad Day. Was #1 Last Week Now Not Even Indexed?

  Hello -
  
  I was ranked #1 in MSN last week for my keyword free online photo album.
  
  I come in today (back from vacation) and not only are we not ranked #1 anymore, but when I MSN my domain name the root domain does not even show up.
  
  I checked to see if I were blocked and it said "no".
  
  I have no idea what happened. We are absolutely against black hat SEO. I do have some concerns that our competitors are doing continually emailing Google/Yahoo and MSN to blame us for spam - even though we do not practice this type of SEO.
  
  Is there anyone that can provide a suggestion of how I can correct this, or is there some type of moderator in this forum that can inform me of what may have happened?
