We have some sales people with a custom role. They would now like to use iPads.
They are currently receiving the following error:
"We're Sorry, You do not have sufficient permissions on the server to load the application."
I took a quick look and found a "CRM for Tablets" privilege in the Sales tab of the security role.
I checked it and saved it (without publishing) and the user has the same issue.
I have now published and awaiting a further attempt as we speak (do you have to publish a security role?)
Anyway, wanted to ask if anyone had seen this error and had found any other settings in the security role that must also be activated?
