  That link only brought me to the IE6 newsgroup, but then thats me.  The IE7 newsgroup is http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general&cat=en_US_36ed591d-fc54-44b3-9105-d11e44fb83c3&lang=en&cr=US, which is found on http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA in English/MSN and Internet/Internet Explorer/Internet Explorer General, under the tree view.
  
  I'll ask my question there again.  But posts there do not provide for a good interchange since they get buried.

  I think the correct group is Windows Vista IE
