Right hand 'Recent Visitors' panel not showing in several forums RRS feed

The right hand panel that display details of recent visitors, moderators, answerers etc is not displaying on several of the forums. There's no obvious logic as to which it is displaying on. Is it's removal intentional?

  • Just to confirm this also happens in Windows Home Server Forums. Seems the panel only shows up in top level of forums, for example it's visible in http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/nl-NL/category/windowshomeserver but not in subforums such as http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/nl-NL/whssoftware/threads.

Also it doesn't list visitors / moderators, top poster for the correct (in my example Windows Home Server) forums. Seems to make the list based only on locale (forum language setting) of the page where users posted, no apparent relation to forums you are actually visiting.

  • Hello,

there are other threads about this problems already listed inside this forum. I think since/during migration they had problems and we just have to wait.

I know, however personally I think this is a bad thing. most users come to the forums because they have some kind of trouble and are already unhappy. Forums should be working flawlessly so I think this (and the other issues that appeared after the last maintenance, migration or whatever) should be fixed urgently. IMHO we shouldn't just wait, we should push MS to fix asap.
