I am using windows live Onecare Firewall, When I turn off my laptop, I get my windows firewall off RRS feed

  • I am using windows Vista, with windows live Onecare Firewall and  I know that windows live Onecare Firewall is also a firewall itself,and two firewall conflict each other.  may be , it turns off my windows Firewall. I want to be sure that If I remain my windows firewall off, and  Onecare Firewall "on" , by it I am secure from hackers and other security risks ? what is recommendation from microsoft ? should I turn on my "windows Firewall", instead of "windows live Onecare Firewall" please help...

    Yes, running two firewalls can cause significant problems.
    Turn off the Windows Firewall when using Windows Live OneCare, which has its own firewall.
