  • General discussion

  • Dear Microsft,

I'd like to cancel my "Windows Live Hotmail Plus" service.  Following the message below:

"If you do not want to renew this subscription, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date shown above. To cancel, go to https://billing.microsoft.com, click on the service name, and then on the next page click 'Cancel my service'. "

I found it doesn't work at all.  In the term of saying which is "you will not allow me to cancel it!"   Following the page and page from from "contact support".  Finally, I got a 1-800 number.  Gee, I am now in Taiwan, why I cannot  just one simple click to cancel it?

Please cancel my "Windows Live Hotmail Plus" serveice before it auto scheduled for its renew on Monday, October 13, 2008.   Oterwsise, I will refuse to pay the fee.  Thank you.
