Each time we turn on our (new) computer a message comes up that says we have no virus protection. I registered our purchase and the firewall is working, but not virus protection. Thanks very much.Tuesday, August 5, 2008 8:36 PM

I think that you need this:
Windows Security Center fix - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2469173&SiteID=2
If OneCare is green, yet the Security Center is reporting a problem, that means that the database used by the Windows Security Center is corrupt.

Virus protection not found
Spyware and malware protecion on
Other security settings on
When I click onto the virus protection part it says I have to download something different????
