PRODUCT KEY not reconized RRS feed

    I have just made a new purchase of WINDOWS Live OneCare.  After Installing, I tried to Activte it using the PRODUCT KEY printed inside the package on the YELLOW BARCODE LABLE.  After I entered the 25 Digit ID and pressed CONTINUE,  I was told that the PRODUCT KEY Entered was INVALID.  I have tried TEN (10) time to enter the KEY.  What do I do now with a worthless piece of software and NO SUPPORT.
