EMail router problem RRS feed

  • I have set up a queue and the in out in the router and when tested get all green lights.

     

    When I email the address from within the network a case gets raised in crm but when i email the same address from outside i get the below error and nothing in crm, anyone got any ideas?

  • Make sure you have applied Rollup 1, Server, client and router:

    If it still does not work try below:
    The problem has been documented to occour when the users account does not have enough privillages. So ensure that the network security settings allow the router to create the email activity on the CRM Server.

  • Rollup 1 has been applied, and I do not use the outlook client.  How do I check the privileges for the router?

  • Instead of making any changes I recommend you log the error with Microsoft.
