· The problem:
o The wrong exercises are loading from Lab B in Course 5349: Upgrading and Migrating to Windows Vista
o This has been going on for a number of weeks
· Details:
o In Course 5349: Upgrading and Migrating to Windows Vista, Lab B: Upgrading to Windows Vista and Restoring User Settings (https://www.microsoftelearning.com/courseAccess/coursePlayer.aspx?courseId=77782&topicId=283965) clicking on the ‘Launch’ button does not launch the proper exercises, (Exercise 1: Upgrading from Windows Vista Business to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition or Exercise 2: Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition)
o It instead launches the exercises from Lab A: Recovering Windows Vista and Capturing User Settings, (Exercise 1: Using the Command Prompt from the Startup Repair Tool or Exercise 2: Using the Startup Repair Tool).
· Troubleshooting:
o Restarted computer
o Deleted IE cached files and cookies
o Tested it on a different computer
o All with the same result, the problem is continuing to happen
