    Hey,

    I really need some help on how to get through to MSN to have them remove a variety of sensitive links that are now showing up on the MSN search.  Though we have set a robots.txt file and other NOFOLLOW items it was still indexed.

    Is there anyway to remove the indexed / cached pdf and doc files?
    Is there anyway to ensure to our client that this will not happen again?

    Hey Chad,

     

       Visit http://support.live.com and click "Live Search".  Open a support ticket (make sure to select "I have a different question or problem" as the drop-down menu description), and type all the URLs affected and the description of the issue into the text box provided.  It will take a few days, but it will be handled by the support staff.
