Report Wizard not working RRS feed

  • Hi Guys,

    I have created Report wizard in my CRM 2013. below error get it from my report server. After analysis this error , I have added SPN name in the application server. Please guide any one.

    Report wizard will create fetchxml report. fetchxml is not able to resolve SPN.

    refer KB.

  • Think the issue is with app pool account.

    Check if the app pool account has "trust this user for delegation to any service (Kerberos only)" set to true.

    On CRM app server add following in SPN

    setspn  -a  HTTP/[CRM App Server Name]  [Domain]\[CRMApp pool acc]
    setspn  -a  HTTP/[CRM App Server FQDN]   [Domain]\[CRMApp pool acc]

    Also, if SQL server is running under domain user, add SPN entry on SQL server also:

    setspn  -a  MSSQLSvc/[SQL Server Name]:1433 [Domain]\SQLAccount
    setspn  -a  MSSQLSvc/[Sql Server FQDN]:1433 [Domain]\SQLAccount
