"My Alerts" is not updating again RRS feed

  • My Alerts section is not updating again, it happened weeks ago.

    Would admin to restart the indexing or updating job ?

  • Not really. We turned it off and then back on for a short while and then off again. I think we are close to restoring all this stuff. We hope to make much progress tomorrow. It's been a bad week, I know, but we have some reasons to be optimistic based on some things we've seen today. Tomorrow will be an important day for us.

  • Unfortunatelý Brett, when you posted your message here My Forum Threads was still updating and had been updating for all the previous period (I have been using it on and off with barely half hour gaps for about 12 hours). Now for just over an hour it isn't.

    A new problem perhaps?
