Cannot sign in to Microsoft Flow community forum RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, for some reasons I ignore, I cannot login to the poweruser forum (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community/ct-p/FlowCommunity) at all.

When I sign in, it brings me back to the home page and i'm not logged at all.

Microsoft support was very clear : I have to use the community forum to report my problem, yes, the community forum I cannot log into. (Both the contact-us page and the twitter CM leaded me this way)

I can log correctly on the flow website and edit/create flows, only the poweruser forum shows the problem.

Since this is not for a 365 account i'm stuck with nowhere to report my issue.

This is unfortunate as my point was to evaluate where it's best to direct my customers for these kind of services.

  • The forum is managed by lithium so I think you'll have to contact them for updates, or also try chatting with them here.

  • Looks to be hosted on a different platform. You might try posting here.

edit: I tried posting a test, it lets me compose and appears to post but nothing shows up so site may be temporarily broken, but I don't see where you can report it. Looking at some of the posts it may have been broken for a few months now.

bottom of page shows The PowerUsers Community is Powered by Lithium

    so might ask over here.

  • I cannot sign in either.

My trouble signing in may be due to a conflict between work accounts and home accounts.

We have an O365 tenant and when I initially attempt to login it wants me to login with my tenant administrator id.

I switched to my home Microsoft account and it brought me back to https://powerusers.microsoft.com/

I select Microsoft Flow Community, click login and am returned to the home page https://powerusers.microsoft.com/

  • I contacted them and i'm waiting for their answer, if it's either their problem or if Microsoft failed something.
