My MS Office license stopped working and don't know why

Question
-
Hi, I have a volume license on my notebook for the past over 5 years. This notebook has been running standalone without any MS servers. Suddenly I started getting message that my copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 is not activated Error code 0xC004F074 (after many years of using and no changes).
I dig out the product license key (hope that it's the correct one, because on the bulk of CDs there is a number of different product license codes) and pressed the Change the Product key code button - but I got error message "The setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log files for further information on the error." and couldn't continue.
I searched discussion forums (am not an expert) and downloaded VAMT, which first showed me that I have Windows 7 Ultimate Edition OEM SLP licensed and genuine and Office 14, OfficeProPlus-KMS_Client GVLK edition license Out of tolerance and Genuine.
This didn't help so I kept searching and came across Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool - which first didn't run and website kept saying that can't verify, but later eventualy (don't know what happened) an application opened with this info:
Tab Office:

BTW there is no KMS running on my notebook and I don't rembember that it run here before or if so I didn't delete it or touch in any way.
What's happening? What can I do about it? I have only 4 days let, since I didn't have time before :-((
Thank you in advance for your help

The installed Product Key has NEVER been valid on any machine sold to the public.
It was stolen from Lenovo even before Windows 7 launched - and was permanently and irrevocably blocked at the tme - Lenovo had to recall all PC's installed with this Key before the eventual launch of Win 7.
The install is counterfeit

I just want to add that after a few hours of playing with the MS Office license issue I managed to get it event worst and from now when I start my notebook I get big message:
Window 7, Build 7601, THIS COPY OF WINDOWS IN NOT GENUINE + this message appears in the right bottom corner of the screen now.
I don't understand! so far I experienced only problem with my MS Office and now it is also the Windows 7 itself.
I sure my license is ok + I have been running this configuration for many years now and didn't make any change - why suddenly this?
What can I do? Please help.
