Windows XP genuine test fails RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
Im using Acer Aspire-1640z. Some days back I got problem with my windows(XP). Actually, I was unable to locate my original Windows CD, so I installed pirated copy of Windows in a hope that it will work with my original key. I have Certificate of Authencity (CA) from Acer, but when I want to change the Windows key to authenticated one, it does not work. Is there any solution you peole can propose as I could convert my Windows into Genuine?

    Thanks in advance

    Here is the Daignose
