I am trying to unpropose an answer in this thread

No, I've never sent in an email about it, but I did report it and post some screenshots over in this thread:

Supposedly it's a known issue and a bug was logged about it.

Just to add to this, I am still unable to unpropose a previously proposed answer. If I propose an answer and then refresh the page, the unpropose button is missing and will never return. This issue has been happening for me since I created my account.

Naomi, with the recent forum redesign, I no longer see information in the thread you linked about who or when any action was taken. Is the issue still related to the number of points the poster has (the person whose reply you attempt to "unpropose")?

Mike, I have never experienced this, and don't recall anyone else having your problem. Have you reported this to fissues at microsoft dot com? That is probably the best course of action.

I think it does still relate to number of points. I originally proposed that answer but as the OP provided more info I decided to unpropose it. It took about 1 minute or more.
