CRM Online 2015, enable security roles for Business Process stage

  Hi,

  In CRM Online 2013/2015, if you create a business process flow, you have an option on top ribbon to enable the security for the entire BP flow.  Is there any way to enable security roles for each individual stage in business process flow?  Further, the requirement is that the BP flow is visible to everyone.  Everyone can edit on any stage in this BP flow except one, say stage 3.  Only one security role will be able to edit on stage 3.  This will force other users to wait until stage 3 is finished by this specific group, then move on. Is this doable in CRM Online? Thanks.
