I have one user with constant OCS client complaints. She indicates that OSC client is crashing, sometimes by itself and sometimes taking out Outlook with it. Originally, I chocked it up to network error, as there were other circumstances with her network at the site. But she was at a reliable site yesterday and still experienced the same issue. Based on the 'application popup' I am thinking it's a dll mismatch issue. But please relate any insight to this problem that you might have. Also, for MS sake. If an application is crashing, why is the application popup listed in the event log as 'information', not and 'error' or 'warning'? Many thanks.
