  • Hey, everyone. Welcome to my first weekly blog. The NFL Draft is a few months away, and I'm working around-the-clock to prepare mentally and physically for the pros.

I'm excited to share my experiences both on and off the field with the Xbox® community. While I'm still a pretty average gamer, I can't get over the graphics of some of today's games. Back in the day, I mostly played Tecmo Bowl on my Nintendo, and I was heavily into Goldeneye on my N64.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend my first Super Bowl. It was crazy! I flew in on a redeye from Arizona, got in a quick workout and set off for my first media day as a professional athlete. We started in the early afternoon with a few interviews from the media center, which is home to every major sports radio outlet.

Then I appeared on ESPN and on The Best Damn Sports Show Period, where I did an interview in front of about 200 people hanging out poolside. It was a funny segment. Drew Brees, Donovan McNabb, John Elway, and I had a competition on who could complete the most passes to models that were jumping in the pool. I finished a close second to Elway.

really enjoyed going on The Dan Patrick Show where I was able to share the stage with Joe Montana, one of my biggest heroes. The crowd went nuts when they saw him. Just like he was on the playing field, Joe was cool, calm, and collected in front of the crowd.

It's 9:00 P.M. in Arizona now. I just finished a long day of working out in preparation for the NFL Combine. Every morning around 7:30 A.M. I start training at Athletes Performance Institute, one of the top training facilities in the country. There are great people here. They've got me learning from the top coaches.
