    I bought my latest version of one care on November 19th,yet it it tells me my subscription runs out on April 4,2009,this was with a previous version of it and had to uninstall it due to the firewall shutting down and couldn't get it back up so bought a new version,so the subscription should end on November 19,2009 not in April.

    Hello Barry, is April 4 possibly the day your original subscription was due to expire? If you used the same Live ID to activate after re-installing you most likely activated to your original subscription. If you purchased a CD and did not enter the product key you can use it to renew the current subscription when it is due for renewal.
