I have subscribed to Onecare Live a few months ago; however, it is no longer on my PC. I found that I could download it again, so that I can finish my subscription, but after the installation and download, I received the message(paraphrased) A component of Onecare did not install, please contact Microsoft Technical support. Therefore, can you help with this issue? Thanks.

Uninstall One Care, run the cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then reinstall One Care. If reinstalling does not resolve the problem please contact support.
