Hello there. i'd like to suggest a feature regarding windows live mail.
As we know , viruses and hackers are expanding dramatically and everyone of us someday may lose his email, therefore why doesn't microsoft add an Admin password excatly like windows operating system ones where as this password have the higher level of control to the basic functions or at least to the closing of the account and controlling fuctions such as changing the regular msn and access signing in hotmail passwords of an email.
Let's say i created my email a few months ago in my house in London and added an admin password along with the windows live mail regular password . After 2 weeks i travelled abroad and had to use the internet from an internet cafe but one of the computers were infected or a keylogger was installed in and i lost my password and as we know the hacker will mostly change the secret question and the alternate email and etc... now i will be unable to log in again and sending feedback to hotmail services may end up failing to get my email back because of the need to provide certain info that we may have forgotten.
But let's say ,since i created the Admin Password in London Which is the Higher level access that controls all the passwords and since this password have been used once just when creating the email or changing the passwords, so we are not forced to use it in regular basis when signing in and he hacker has a very low possibility and doesn't have the chance to know it since the admin password is not used daily and it was created somewhere else.
I know very well that we should take care of our emails and be aware of how, when and where we use them and etc...,however no one is perfect and the smartest people may someday fall into a trap fail, and lose their passwords.
I think it is a great way to guarantee the protection of our emails .
