Phone numbers erased

  Hi, is any one can help me that each time I opened an email, or web pages contain the telephone numbers/fax with stand 10 digits format, it will be erased in a fraction of second, left it blanked. I am use Window vistar and OneCare. Any one why and how to fix it. Thank you
