Widows 7 Build 7601 This copy of Windows is not genuine

Question

Dear Helper,
Earlier in June of this year, I downloaded Windows 7 Ultimate from Kivuto services via UC Berkeley and installed it onto a secondary laptop. At the time, I registered my product key and all looked well. Flash-forward to the present, and I try using this laptop again in order to upgrade to Windows 10 to try out all the new features. Unfortunately, my computer is showing "Windows 7 Build 7601 This copy of Windows is not genuine." May I please get some help on this issue. I have copy/pasted the result of my Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool report below (Note: I have removed the hyperlinks as the forum would not let me post links)
Thanks a ton in advance!!!

You appear merely to have neglected to activate within the grace period.
telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
