We are using Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise version and like to know
how our engineers can use the on-premise CRM on their smart phones
or on IPAD? Ideally we just need to see some of the forms on smart phones rest all has to be in outlook for office staff. Also what are the drawbacks of doing the Internet facing deployment?
Can you please suggest how I could do that and what issues there will be or impact? any best practice example.
