What I am trying to do is find or create an automated script that scans all Public Folders that exist, and in each folder, scan for duplicate emails and deletes the duplicate (there may be 2 or more copies).
It is a policy of our organisation that all emails are filed in the appropriate Public Folder, and it should be the first "To:" person, or the person sending the email who files it, but invariably sometimes more than one person files the same email
into the same folder and we get duplicates.
It would make life a lot easier if this script was running, then everyone who receives any emails can just file them away in the appropriate Public Folder and not have to worry that other people will be doing the same with the same emails.
