Suddenly my Microsoft Outlook 2010 on my desktop stopped working, when I want to delete or transfer an email I receive the following error massage:
The outlook data file-C:\users\schierau\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst has reached the maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, permanently delete some items that you no longer need. You could also consider using the new outlook
data file (.pst) introduced with outlook 2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders.
I also can not send or rerceive emails, (I am now using my laptop for emails)
I tried using the Microsoft Fix it and it did not work.
I then went online and used the instructions to increase the storage capacity and then wanted to import but it did not function.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
