The Key in use in this installation is a Volume License which has been blocked for abuse.

For which version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?

Note that a factory restore will delete all your installed applications and data - so back up first! Note also that it's common for computers that have this type of software installed to no longer have a Recovery partition - so unless you have, or order, the System Recovery disks from the manufacturer (or an alternative source such as restoredisks.com) you will be unable to complete a Recovery to factory conditions.

In that case you may be able to change the Key to your own COA Key using the Product Key Update Tool here:-
