    well u might be familiar with tadvertisements that suddenly pop up .pop up blocker stops all that...so disable that option and the try......

    Pop up blocker may block ActiveX control on ur browser..thats why u may feel some problem with downloading.

    disable the popup blocker and then try.... or temporarily allow popups..... i got rid of d same problem.....
