  • Hi,

I would check if the report manager Works. You can check it with http://rhea/reportsto see if that works on a web browser, if not check the SQL Reporting services configurations.

  • Hi,

    • First check have you configured SSRS in SQL Reporting Services, Run from there and check whether its opening or not.
    • Then check the reporting services have been started.
    • Enable the remote connection in SQL server.
    • Check anyother application accessing the same report server DB.
    • Add the SQL port (1433) in the firewall (Inbound and Outbound Port).

Thanks & Regards, MS CRM Consultant, V.Surya.

  • Got it working.  I had to go into Reporting Services Manager and do the following:

    1. Ensure the default URL settings are applied.
    2. Point to the Report Server database.
