Using a custom field dynamically as the "to" address in a process dialog RRS feed

  • I've got a case entity with a custom field to capture the email address of the caller logging the case. I have created a dialog to do some stuff and then send an email to the caller's email address.

    But I can't find a way of adding the value of this field into the "to" box of the send email template.

    I've tried all sorts, including retrieving the value, placing it into a variable, prompting for the value defaulting it to the case field value, but the Form assistant just won't let me add it to the to field. (or cc either).

    The field is there and available and works just fine if I insert into email message body for example.

    Any pointers gratefully received.
