off topic - Is there a separate version for Macs?

  Hi, I tried downloading MSN Messenger on my Mac, and the .exe file was all a jumble of letters and numbers. I thought perhaps there is a different version for Macs, but I couldn't find one in a quick look-through. Oh, and I'm in Bolivia, so if that impacts whether it's available, so be it.
