How do I get my account information to reinstall this program on a new computer? RRS feed

    I purchased a new computer and cleaned out the old harddrive and gave it to a family member.  Now I had a problem with another computer and had to reinisall Live OneCare and now it wants me to pay for it again.  I think I lost my information on my account so cannot find what I need to get this computer back on OneCare.  I cannot find a address to email and ask for help.  I have the program  on one of my three computers, with the main one cleaned out and replaced and this one reinstalled. Where do I go to get help?  I purchased this instead of my regular  Norton because it is Microsoft and it has worked great until now.  I need to activate this new installation  and my replacement computer on my existing subscription and don't know how.
