Access Entitlement Channel entity from workflow RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm trying to build a workflow that runs on case creation and checks if the entitlement against which the case has been logged has a telephone entitlement channel record associated with it however I can't see how to access the entitlement channel from a workflow. Can anyone advise how to do this?
