  • Suggest you take a look at Microsoft Learning's site.  Here's a direct link to the MCITP on Server 2008.  http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-windowsserver.aspx#tab3.

There are two possible designations - MCITP Server 2008 System Administrator (three courses) and MCITP Server 2008 Enterprise Administrator (five courses).

The technology gap between Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2008 is too great to make a concise exam path feasible. If you are certified on Windows 2000 Server, you have the option of earning a Windows Server 2003 certification and then following the Windows Server 2008 upgrade path, or beginning the Windows Server 2008 direct path.

    Hope it was helpful.
