Suggest you take a look at Microsoft Learning's site. Here's a direct link to the MCITP on Server 2008. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-windowsserver.aspx#tab3.
There are two possible designations - MCITP Server 2008 System Administrator (three courses) and MCITP Server 2008 Enterprise Administrator (five courses).- Marked as answer by Rubel Khan Thursday, January 14, 2010 9:27 PM

The technology gap between Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2008 is too great to make a concise exam path feasible. If you are certified on Windows 2000 Server, you have the option of earning a Windows Server 2003 certification and then following the Windows Server 2008 upgrade path, or beginning the Windows Server 2008 direct path.

Hope it was helpful.
